AQUA CAMP (25-28.06.2026)
Are you looking for a healthy and rejuvenating rest in a unique seaside setting?
We invite you to participate in Aqua Camp. We provide a professional team of instructors and a carefully developed program of activities, tailored for both beginners and more advanced participants. During your stay, you can enjoy various water activities such as Aqua Cycling, Aqua Pole Dance, SAF Aqua Drums Vibes, and relaxing Aqua Floating sessions. For outdoor enthusiasts, we have also prepared Nordic Walking classes.
Water Activities
Water training is the main form of activity during Aqua Camp and is the foundation of the entire program. It is a unique combination of effective physical effort with the safety and comfort of movement provided by the aquatic environment. Thanks to the natural resistance of water, each training session is more effective while being gentle on the joints and spine. Water classes engage the entire body – strengthening muscles, improving fitness and coordination, and supporting calorie burning. The variety of forms and intensity levels ensures that every participant can adjust the training to their abilities and gain maximum benefits, regardless of their level of advancement.

Nordic Walking - called the "sport of a lifetime"
Complementing the Aqua Camp program is Nordic Walking, an outdoor activity that engages the whole body and is suitable for people of all ages and fitness levels.
Walking with poles relieves the joints while effectively strengthening muscles, improving endurance and posture.
This form of exercise perfectly balances water training and supports recovery in a natural, seaside environment.
