Conditions of reservationNon-refundable deposit 30%1. Reservation guarantee - To guarantee the reservation, you must pay a deposit of 30% of the stay value. The deposit is non-refundable. The remaining amount must be paid on site upon check-in. If payment is not made, the reservation will be canceled. 2. VAT invoice - From January 1, 2020, a VAT invoice will be issued only if the buyer's Tax Identification Number is included on the fiscal receipt. The NIP number must be provided when making a prepayment for the stay.
