Children policy:

maximum 2 children under 3 years sleeping with parents - free of charge

Meal times:
- buffet breakfasts: daily from 08:00 to 10:00* at Akacjowa Restaurant (including beverages: aromatic coffee, various teas, juices, still water)

- buffet dinners: daily from 16:00 to 18:00* at Akacjowa Restaurant (including beverages: aromatic coffee, various teas, juices, still water)

Additionally, we encourage you to visit:
- à la carte Akacjowa restaurant: daily from 13:00 to 20:00*
- lobby bar: daily from 08:00 to 21:00*

Conditions of reservation

30% prepayment, 7 days cancellation

A 30% deposit is required to make a reservation. Reservations can be canceled free of charge up to 7 days before arrival. The deposit will be refunded within a few business days. Cancellations made within 7 days or in the event of a no-show are non-refundable. Prepayment can be made via the BLIK payment system, or by providing credit/debit card details.

Animals

Pets are allowed only in apartments, the stay is paid at PLN 50/day (pets up to 30 kg) and PLN 80/day (pets over 30 kg)

Children

* We would like to inform you about the necessity of having identification documents for all children who will be staying at our hotel. These documents should indicate the relationship or legal custody of the child.
